We never train AI models on your conversations
We do not train any model on what you say. When you talk to Bjorlunda your words go to an AI provider so it can answer you, and we only route them to providers on paid business terms that prohibit training on your data.
What you say is used to answer you, and for nothing else. Your thinking stays your thinking.
Your map is yours
Everything Bjorlunda remembers about your thinking lives on your map, in the open. You can read every idea, edit any of them, and delete the ones you no longer want.
Some AI tools remember you as a hidden pile of notes you never get to see. Ours is different: what it knows is exactly what you can see on the map, and every document you create can be copied, downloaded as a file, or sent straight to Google Docs. What you build is yours to take with you.
Delete everything
You can delete an idea, a whole map, or your entire account. Account deletion is built into the product, no support email required.
When you delete your account, your maps, documents, files, chats, and profile go with it.
A small security and payment record stays behind, because the law requires it: a log of sign-ins and account actions, safety events, and what you paid. It carries no map content, and your name and email are scrubbed from what remains.
